Estas son las claves que necesitas conocer.<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p>El 27 de junio entr\u00f3 en vigor el nuevo reglamento europeo de ciberseguridad. El <a href=\\\"https:\/\/www.boe.es\/doue\/2019\/151\/L00015-00069.pdf\\\">Reglamento (UE) 2019\/881<\/a> del Parlamento Europeo y del Consejo de 17 de abril de 2019 (Cibersecurity Act) tiene dos objetivos principales. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por un lado, se desarrollan los aspectos relativos a <a href=\\\"https:\/\/www.enisa.europa.eu\/news\/enisa-news\/prs-in-es\/enisa-la-agencia-de-ciberseguridad-de-la-ue-apuesta-por-una-mayor-proteccion-de-los-sistemas-scada\/view\\\">ENISA<\/a> (Agencia Europea para la Ciberseguridad, que pasa a llamarse Agencia de la Uni\u00f3n Europea para la Ciberseguridad), un papel m\u00e1s relevante en el \u00e1mbito de la ciberseguridad.  El reglamento establece sus objetivos, tareas, organizaci\u00f3n, previsiones sobre su presupuesto, personal, y otras disposiciones generales, como su estatuto jur\u00eddico. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por el otro lado, declara la creaci\u00f3n de un marco com\u00fan de certificaci\u00f3n a nivel europeo. Se lleva a cabo para garantizar un nivel adecuado de ciberseguridad de los productos, servicios y procesos de TIC en la UE.  Este marco com\u00fan define un mecanismo para establecer esquemas europeos de certificaci\u00f3n de la ciberseguridad. Adem\u00e1s, sirve para confirmar que los productos, servicios y procesos de TIC que hayan sido evaluados seg\u00fan dichos esquemas cumplen los requisitos de seguridad especificados. Esto se lleva a cabo con el objetivo de proteger la disponibilidad, autenticidad, integridad o confidencialidad de los datos. Ya sea los que est\u00e1n almacenados, transmitidos o procesados; o las funciones o servicios que ofrecen, o a los que permiten acceder, dichos productos, servicios y procesos durante todo su ciclo de vida. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Workshop sobre ciberseguridad en Smart Buildings<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Con el nuevo reglamento europeo de ciberseguridad, y en el marco del Proyecto Europeo Cybersecurelight, celebramos esta misma semana un <a rel=\\\"noreferrer noopener\\\" aria-label=\\\"workshop  (abre en una nueva pesta\u00f1a)\\\" href=\\\"https:\/\/smartechcluster.org\/workshop-edificios-inteligentes-ciberseguridad\/\\\" target=\\\"_blank\\\">workshop <\/a>destinado a tratar los aspectos de la ciberseguridad que afectan al mundo de los edificios inteligentes. La participaci\u00f3n -tanto de los expertos como de los asistentes- fue clave para la extracci\u00f3n de una serie de conclusiones muy interesantes.
