El evento \u2014co-organizado por <a href=\\\"https:\/\/smartechcluster.org\/es\/\\\">Smartech Cluster<\/a> y <a href=\\\"https:\/\/www.knx.es\/es\\\" target=\\\"_blank\\\" rel=\\\"noopener\\\">KNX Espa\u00f1a<\/a>\u2014 tuvo lugar de forma virtual y cont\u00f3 con m\u00e1s de 200 asistentes.<\/p>\n<p>El evento se dividi\u00f3 en dos jornadas destinadas a la exposici\u00f3n de dos aspectos diferenciados. Tras identificar los retos principales a los que se enfrenta el sector \u2014eficiencia, ahorro energ\u00e9tico, cambio de paradigma\u2014, se expusieron soluciones reales para dar respuesta al nuevo contexto al que se enfrenta el retail. La automatizaci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de las tecnolog\u00edas de IoT y la Inteligencia artificial se presentaron como herramientas clave para la mejora de la experiencia del cliente y aumentar la eficiencia de los procesos.<\/p>\n<p>Durante la jornada contamos con las ponencias de Francesc Soler (CEO de <a href=\\\"https:\/\/www.loxone.com\/eses\/\\\" target=\\\"_blank\\\" rel=\\\"noopener\\\">Loxone Spain<\/a>), Javier Hern\u00e1ndez (KNX Product Manager en <a href=\\\"https:\/\/www.se.com\/es\/es\/\\\" target=\\\"_blank\\\" rel=\\\"noopener\\\">Schneider Electric<\/a>), Sergio Hern\u00e1ndez Moreno (Regional Manager Smart Infrastructure Catalu\u00f1a de <a href=\\\"https:\/\/new.siemens.com\/es\/es.html\\\" target=\\\"_blank\\\" rel=\\\"noopener\\\">Siemens<\/a>), Ana P\u00e9rez Otero (Directora de Gesti\u00f3n en <a href=\\\"https:\/\/ingeniumsl.com\/website\/\\\" target=\\\"_blank\\\" rel=\\\"noopener\\\">Ingenium<\/a>), Kevin Vega (Inside Sales Account Manager en HMS Continental Europe), Jordi Casabella (Director de la divisi\u00f3n de Retail\/distribuci\u00f3n en <a href=\\\"https:\/\/www.incipy.com\/\\\" target=\\\"_blank\\\" rel=\\\"noopener\\\">Incipy<\/a>) y Antonio Moreno (Director T\u00e9cnico de Jung Electro Ib\u00e9rica, S.A.).<\/p>\n<p>La segunda jornada abord\u00f3 estrategias y soluciones que enmarcar\u00e1n el Retail 4.0 de la mano de dos ponencias magistrales. De un lado, la doctora Mar\u00eda Call\u00eds (Presidenta del <a href=\\\"https:\/\/www.rdispain.com\/\\\" target=\\\"_blank\\\" rel=\\\"noopener\\\">Retail Design Institute<\/a> Spain) nos habl\u00f3 del concepto phygital, la fusi\u00f3n de los f\u00edsico y lo digital como medio para obtener la experiencia de usuario \u00f3ptima que el sector necesita. Por otro lado, M\u00aa Dolors Nu\u00f1ez (Jefa de An\u00e1lisis y Detecci\u00f3n de Oportunidades Tecnol\u00f3gicas en <a href=\\\"http:\/\/www.accio.gencat.cat\/ca\/inici\\\" target=\\\"_blank\\\" rel=\\\"noopener\\\">ACCI\u00d3<\/a>) nos invit\u00f3 a confiar en las tecnolog\u00edas como la clave para la recuperaci\u00f3n del sector del retail en la era COVID y post COVID.<\/p>\n<p>La tercera edici\u00f3n del Smart Technology Forum sirvi\u00f3 para identificar el camino a seguir para materializar el concepto \u201cRetail 4.0\u201d.
